Grief and Loss
My approach is grounded in person-centered psychotherapy and is guided by your needs,
goals and a pace that is comfortable to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities
including ACT (which stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Motivational
Interviewing and Mindful Self-Compassion practices. As an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)

ACT helps you live a fulfilling, meaningful life guided by your values, even when you are

thousands of research studies demonstrating its efficacy in treating stress, depression, anxiety
and chronic pain, to name a few. ACT is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Person-centered therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space for you to reflect on your life.
Therapy helps us feel compassion for ourselves, find direction, and improve our relationships.

You will feel understood, and be encouraged to draw on your inner wisdom and resources as you make informed choices that align with your priorities and values.
Mindful Self-Compassion brings awareness to our pain and suffering, and offers a balm of
kindness and compassion towards oneself in these moments, just as one would towards a
